It's easy to apply to the University of Florida. The application is completed online, and a few weeks later, you can check back to the Web site and check the status of your application. Depending on which admission decision cycle you choose to apply within, your decision will come in December, February or March. Most freshmen begin during a fall semester, but some find it easier to start during the summer session. Transfer students follow a similar pattern, but are welcome to start whenever they feel most comfortable.
To apply, you'll need access to the Internet and $30. You should also have already taken the SAT, the ACT or both. Arrange to have your scores sent directly to the university. You should also have your high school (and college, if applicable) transcripts sent to the university.
